I recommand you some English learning websites which are abstracted from a new-published book, say "To learn English without spending any money". Seems popular now.

The book recommands different websites for differnt groups of people, kids, students and  white collars. Of course, all of them are free of charge. I tried one or two, not bad.

One of the best approach actually cost some money and it works for me: install satelite TV at home. So English is just a remote control away!

The previous satelite TV I installed 3 years ago was not clear in image and it got connection problem very frequently. I almost gave it up. Then the new technology came and this year I have it re-installed (still using the old antela). Then I am glued to HBO, StarMovie, Hallmark Channel, while sometimes viewing National Geographic Channel and Discovery..
