这里应该用：who has got some water.
不用ANY。
因为这里针对的问题是WHO，不是WATER，所以，是用SOME
如果是问有没有水，那就是：Is there any water here?
再一步问了指导师：
如果问有水没有：Do you have any water? Do you have some water?
但问题的重点也是问你有没有水,而不是单独问水存在不存在.
因此这里用SOME和ANY都可以。
但如果是用Is there any water? Is there 后面是肯定跟any的.(也就是说单纯的问水存在不存在)
另外:Who has got some water?这种说法不是很规范,基本上不能用语书面语中.有一部分人这样说,但不适用于书面语中.
因为如果用了HAS,就没有必要重复用GOT了.
