Magic tree house 很不错。我们推荐给孩子们的。Ginny老师也用里面的书结合她的 a&a , e&e 课程中。
比如讲到埃及, 有一本很配合的书。她还用Magic tree house 的扑克牌。
其他的书还有很多:Magic school bus 系列讲科学的。
Captain Underpants 给男孩子。 Junie B, Stanley, 等等。这一年我们向老师学了不少。还有很多他们的儿童获奖作品。 我们自己教孩子有难度的。. 作者: GH 时间: 2008-1-28 21:08
今天又拿来一套 E.B White Treasury , 共有三本.
Charlotte's Web , Stuart Little , The trumpet of the Swan . 希望他能看下去. 12月碰到 Mr Wong ( 学乐的President , Asia ) , 他说这些书美国同龄的孩子也读的. 他们也希望将来会在中国出版. 真是好书啊!

Biography
Lois Lowry is known for her versatility and invention as a writer. She was born in Hawaii and grew up in New York, Pennsylvania, and Japan. After several years at Brown University, she turned to her family and to writing. She is the author of more than thirty books for young adults, including the popular Anastasia Krupnik series. She has received countless honors, among them the Boston Globe-Horn Book Award, the Dorothy Canfield Fisher Award, the California Young Reader's Medal, and the Mark Twain Award. She received Newbery Medals for two of her novels, NUMBER THE STARS and THE GIVER. Her first novel, A SUMMER TO DIE, was awarded the International Reading Association's Children's Book Award.
