1) Sales Order processing, RMA processing and billing,
2) Provide support and assistance to both internal & external customers
3) Manage VMI programs(demand-pull and consignment)
4) Manage & control inventory
5) Work with contract manufacturers, freight forwarder and warehouse to ensure on time delivery to customers
Qualification & experience
Degree holder with at least 2 years of service administration experience or Diploma holder with minimum 5 years of service administration experience；
Well verse with MRP system, SAP is a plus;
Self-managed with a sense of responsibility and accountability for the work ;
Well verse in English and Mandarin;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
