美国独资企业招客户服务代表一名

招聘：客户服务代表一名（2010年12月底前有效)

工作地点：奉贤工业开发区

公司性质：美国独资企业（电子行业）

Duties/Responsibilities:

1) Order processing and billing,

2) Manage VMI programs and provide weekly reports,

3) Manage & control inventory for finish goods,

4) Work with logistics team to arrange shipment for both internal & external customers (import & export & local delivery),

5) Work closely with sales team to attain customer satisfaction through high-quality CSR service.

6) Work with sales team as well as direct accounts in achieving high-quality sales and order forecast.

7) Manage and handle customer complains & RMA

Qualification & experience

1) Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years' relevant working experience in customer service

2) Planning & buying experience in a supply chain environment is a plus

3) International trading knowledge is preferred.

4) Familiar with SAP system

5) Good English skills including speaking and writing.

待遇如何？上班时间如何？.

上班时间是早上8点到下午16：45，早上只要上了班车就可以。待遇要看应聘者的资历的，不方便直接在帖子里写，但绝对不会是那种3，4k的低工资。
JD里的具体要求很明确了，满足条件的肯定不会低于行业标准的。
