Responsibilities:
a.Follow up the day-to-day operations in the area of responsibility to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
b.Acquisition of orders.
c.Maintain customer contacts and establish customer relationship by intensive personal customer contacts, promoting products to the sustainable customer. Search for sales potential in specific market segment.
d.Follow up of the order delivery, customer complaint, new inquiries, stay in close contact with responsible internal depts. during order implementation.
e.After sales service including follow up on customer satisfaction, non conformity etc.
Requirements:
a. Diploma in business or marketing
b. Minimum 3 years related Sales experience; tobacco industry is preferred
c. Excellent communication skills
d. Fluent English and Mandarin; Speaking local dialect of Sales territory is preferable
e. Be honest and great attitude and willing to learn
