上班时间应该是可以灵活的，英语最好是有相当于4级水平，能说一点，工作内容我大致贴了一下：
1. Collect Directors’ & VGM’s reimbursement invoice, calculate, fill out the form and paste related invoices (totally 16 ones)
2. Travel Desk
•        Flight /Train tickets & Hotel booking
o        Notify/tracking of traveler’s literary in outlook appointment with time and departure/arrival location
o        Hotel Reservation, notification and tracking
•        Airport Pickup & Van Reservation
•        Maps and Directions for Travelers
•        Travel booking cost tracking
•        Traveler emergency contact
3. Third Receptionist
•        Be receptionist when the other two are off or on meeting.
•        Pick up phones when receptionists are on the line.
•        Move packages from 21F to 12F
•        Other tasks receptionist needs to do
4. Office Administration.
