1）老师不收礼，什么礼都不收，小朋友送的记事本都退回来了。只收贺卡。
2）学生，家长给老师，员工，学校，打分。到了期末，可以有机会给每个老师打分。（打分包括了喜不喜欢这个课目）这一项，相信老师是有压力的。我们公司每年二次员工给公司、老板打分时，老板都要先请客的。
3）老师对学生完全没有压力，偶孩子常常给老师打电话的，从这个打电话的口气听来是完全平等的，真不知老师怎么管住孩子们的。但是偶孩子的荣誉感和纪律性还是很强的，上课不能迟到，各种作业必须完成，什么事能做，什么事不能做都很遵守的，等等。
4）孩子很喜欢上课，说小学的课程比幼儿园有趣。我给她选的幼儿园几乎是纯玩的那种。
5）吃的食物，孩子喜欢，说比家里好吃，这个偶就没法讲了。
上面都是好的，讲一二条需要进步的。
1）偶们坐的班车还不太正规，希望这次国标制定了以后能换掉（国标出台前，恐怕是白换的）。
2）学业，作业还是多了点。每天至少要1个半小时（语数外）。由于偶孩子坐班车，时间多耗1.5小时，所以玩的时候不多了。偶希望在学校里孩子们能有更多的时候户外运动和玩。但是一年级第一学期500个汉字+500个英语单词，压力还是大啊。据说学了少，家长们有意见。所以这一条，对其他家长来说，也可以讲是优点。.
