1. 使用财务软件提供会计服务；
1. Accounting work will be performed using accounting software;

2. 根据公司日常业务编制会计凭证；
2. Preparation of accounting vouchers for payments made by Enterprise

3. 编制所有总账及明细分类账（中英文）；
3. Maintenance of all general and sub-ledgers (Chinese with English translation);

4. 编制月度财务报告以用于监管用途（中英文）。
4. Preparation of monthly financial statements for management purposes (Chinese with English translation if needed).


纳税申报服务
Tax Return/filing Services
月度或季度向税务局申报以下税种的计算：
Include the following tax calculations and filings to the tax bureau on monthly or quarterly basis.
1． 增值税
1． Value-Added Tax (“VAT”)

2． 营业税
2． Business Tax

3． 企业所得税
3． Enterprise Income Tax

4． 其它相关附加税种
4． Other Miscellaneous Tax

5． 印花税
5． Stamp Tax

每月服务费300-1000（依公司行业不同面议）
Service Fee RMB300-1000/per month.
