还有这个巧克力曲奇配方,过圣诞准备做给小朋友吃:)
50 g Brown Sugar 黄糖
60 g Sugar 细砂糖
100 g Butter 黄油
70 g Egg 蛋
200 g Cake flour 蛋糕粉
1/2 tsp Baking Powder 发粉
1 g Salt 盐
120 g Chocolate Chips 巧克力豆
80 g Walnut 核桃
Method
Mix butter, sugar and brown sugar with medium speed 中速搅拌黄油,糖与黄糖
Slowly add in the egg 慢慢的加入蛋
Fold in the shifted flour and baking powder and salt 拌入筛过面与发粉和盐
Chocolate chip and walnut 巧克力豆和核桃.
