我会做cheesecake
超爱吃cheesecake, 原以为很难作,找到食谱后发现其实非常容易,比其他蛋糕还要容易呢!想到就流口水,明天要买原料回来烤一个,yummy... :love:
原料:
1 3/4 cup finely crushed graham crackers (24 squares)
1/4 cup finely chopped walnut
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 (8 ounce packages) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoon all purpose fluor
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel (optional)
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/4 milk
for crust :
combined crushed crackers, walnuts and cinnamon. Stir in butter. If desired, reserved 1/4 of the crumb mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture onto bottom and about 2 inches up side of an ungreased 8 or 9 inches springform pan.
for filling:
in a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla (and lemon peel) with electric mixer until combined. Add eggs and egg yolk all at once, beating on low speed just until combined. Stir in milk.
Pour filling into crust-lined pan. If desired, sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake in a 375 degree Celsius oven for 45 to 50 minutes for 8-inch pan, or 35 to 40 minutes for 9-inch pan, or until center appears nearly set when gently shaken.
Cool in pan on a wire rack 15 minutes. Loosen crust from side of pan. Cool 30 minutes more. Remove side of pan; cool for 1 hour. Cover and chill at leat 4 hours.
